Press Release Autumn 2025
Rehearsals resumed in late August, and Millicent Singers were delighted to welcome a number of new members to both the Tenor and Bass Line. Work got quickly underway as the choir began preparing for a charity concert in Cooleragh Church on the 10th October in collaboration with renowned violinist Vladimir Jablokov. Millicent Singers were delighted to support Staplestown National school in their fundraising efforts.
Following this, Millicent Singers began preparations for their Christmas concerts on the 5th and 6th December in Clongowes Boys Chapel. The choir are thrilled to be joined once again by the Irish Studio Orchestra and tenor Sean Tester. Tickets are on sale via Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/millicent-singers-with-the-irish-studio-orchestra-and-sean-tester-friday-tickets-1661314900589?aff=ebdsoporgprofile
