Millicent Singers take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us. We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the privacy of your information.
1. What information do we collect about you?
When you engage with Millicent Singers, we collect only the information required from you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations and we only share this data with internal and external data processors.
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal and technical information:
Personal
a) Information you provide to us for the purpose of registering your interest in our services/concerts/competitions (including name, email address and contact numbers)
b) Information members provide us as part of the membership registration process
c) Information you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our newsletters/updates
d) Any other information that you choose to send us
Technical
When you visit our website, or complete an online application for our services, we may collect certain information like your IP address.
2. Using your personal information
Millicent Singers will use your personal information for a number of non-marketing purposes including the following:
- We may contact you for service related reasons that you have signed up for or participate in
- To process your booking for tickets and contact you about an enquiry you may have
- To invite you to share your opinions and comments of our services
Marketing
You may have opted in for us to be able to correspond with you regarding our activities including events and competitions by way of telephone, email and SMS. We don’t share your data with external marketing companies who would contact you this way. If you have consented to this correspondence, you can opt out at any time.
Where you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the license you grant to us.
Your personal data is controlled internally by Millicent Singers Data Protection Officer.

About Millicent Singers
Founded in 1996, Millicent Singers is a four-part adult choir based in the Clane area of Kildare. Attracting members from Clane, Prosperous, Allenwood, Naas, Celbridge, Maynooth, Robertstown, Kill, Longwood in Meath and other parts of County Kildare, we have a membership of around 40.
We rehearse on Monday evenings from September to May in Curryhills House, Clane Road, Prosperous.
